inkMacSystemFont, "PingFang SC", "Microsoft YaHei", STHeiti, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: pre-wrap; cursor: text; counter-reset: list-1 0 list-2 0 list-3 0 list-4 0 list-5 0 list-6 0 list-7 0 list-8 0 list-9 0; orphans: 2; widows: 2; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;>會上，丁院長首先介紹了國家自然科學(xué)基金深化改革的一些信息，包括明確資助導(dǎo)向明確、完善評審機(jī)制和優(yōu)化學(xué)科布局三個具體方面的內(nèi)容，指出19年基金項(xiàng)目申請應(yīng)該按照科學(xué)問題屬性組織項(xiàng)目的研究內(nèi)容和目標(biāo)，以契合新形勢下基金改革的要求，提高項(xiàng)目申請的質(zhì)量。接著，丁院長簡略介紹了當(dāng)前國家自然科學(xué)基金的資助項(xiàng)目類別以及項(xiàng)目評議過程等，以便老師們?nèi)媪私鈬易匀豢茖W(xué)基金。隨后，結(jié)合自身多年在國家自然科學(xué)基金委員會的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，丁院長針對申請項(xiàng)目的選題、摘要的斟酌、立項(xiàng)依據(jù)的支撐、研究內(nèi)容和目標(biāo)的考慮、關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題的把握、研究方案及技術(shù)路線的論證、特色和創(chuàng)新之處的體現(xiàn)以及預(yù)期成果的產(chǎn)出等申請書各個部分的撰寫進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)輔導(dǎo)。丁院長指出，一個成功的基金項(xiàng)目申請是與申請人長期專注的研究積累分不開的，需要大家盡早謀劃，提前動手，無論是研究內(nèi)容還是具體的遣詞用句，都需要多次斟酌修改。最后，丁院長希望各位老師盡快著手2019年國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目的申報工作，爭取19年的基金項(xiàng)目申請質(zhì)量有一個質(zhì)的飛躍。
