為了有效提高鑄坯質(zhì)量，該廠先后邀請(qǐng)科研院校專家到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行論證和指導(dǎo)，根據(jù)專家的意見(jiàn)和建議，分別對(duì)結(jié)晶器水冷卻噴淋系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化；改變了二冷動(dòng)態(tài)配水的方案，針對(duì)不同鋼種選擇不同的冷卻方法，基本解決了低合金高強(qiáng)度鋼的邊部橫裂紋問(wèn)題，改善了鑄坯表面質(zhì)量。
同時(shí)，該廠轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼爐前班減少“富貴料”、增加“貧民餐”，其中轉(zhuǎn)爐車(chē)間爐前以石灰石代替部分石灰，噸鋼石灰加入量由原來(lái)的50千克降至31千克，平均噸鋼降低成本6.84元，每月直接創(chuàng)效102.6萬(wàn)元。一次除塵系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子使用周期壽命為7天左右，運(yùn)行周期短。對(duì)此，該廠在風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)殼增加轉(zhuǎn)子反沖洗裝置，通過(guò)對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子的在線沖洗，使轉(zhuǎn)子表面掛灰在水的沖洗下剝離脫落，減少轉(zhuǎn)子掛灰量，并根據(jù)吹煉時(shí)間，調(diào)整沖洗時(shí)間，延長(zhǎng)了轉(zhuǎn)子的使用壽命，每月可節(jié)約費(fèi)用2.5萬(wàn)元。 （田志杰）
